R.Madhavan is one proud father and the actor is thoroughly overwhelmed with his son Vedaant today. Vedaant won a silver medal for India at the Asian Age Group Swimming Championship. Elated with joy the actor couldn’t hold back and instantly shared this good news on his social media handles. Madhavan shared pictures from the ceremony where Vedaant is seen standing with the team sporting his medal. As soon as the actor shared this news, few of his fellow colleagues from the industry congratulated his son.
R. Madhavan’s post reads, “India gets her Silver medal at the Asian Games. Gods grace .. Vedaants first official medal representing India” As soon as the congratulatory messages poured in for his son, the actor promptly replied to them on his Twitter handle, thanking them for congratulating his son. EX-ISRO Scientist Nambi Narayanan too congratulated the actor’s son. While all this was on Twitter platform actor Rohit Roy and entrepreneur Raj Kundra congratulated him by commenting on his Instagram post.
The actor had shared a picture of his son and his father on Independence Day, where all the three men were seen dressed in traditional outfit. The actor was last seen in web series Breathe will now be gearing up for the second season of the web series being in the pipeline and Abhishek Bachchan replacing R. Madhavan for the same.
The actor is currently occupied with his next venture which will also mark his directorial debut with Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.
